Zakres zadań:

> Active client search (lead generation) – prospecting for new clients and establishing long-term business relationships on international markets (cold calling, head hunting, social selling),

> Analyzing customers’ needs and preparing personalized offers and optimal solutions,

> Strong focus on providing business value to potential clients by helping them to define and understand their software needs,

> Delivering exceptional client experience – from software needs analysis to brainstorming and recommendations on dedicated solutions,

> Maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on loyalty, partnership and overall customer success,

> Conducting business talks with people who oversee international companies,

> Daily cooperation with software teams especially with Product Owners and Tech Leads,

> Monitoring the market in terms of sales opportunities.

  • Appealing personality, able to empathise with clients and address their potential concerns,
  • Familiar with principles of maintaining business contacts, (e-mail, skype, Linked-in, face to face meetings),
  • Creativity and proactive approach in problem-solving,
  • Ease of establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships,
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (native speakers of English and international candidates welcome),
  • Ability to plan and execute sales strategies,
  • Experience in similar position, ideally at a software company/market.
