TalentBank is an original internship program of the Digital Technology Centre in Poland, which aim is to enable students and graduates to gain professional experience in IT / banking industry. The project can be attended by people who are students or graduates (up to 12 months after graduation). We look for students after second year of technical, mathematical, business, finance, economic or related studies.

📢 Join our team as an Business Analyst with German Intern! 📢  

In your role as Business Analyst (Trainee), you will be member of international agile team responsible for application dedicated to monitor and restructure credits in automated electronic way. You will be involved in a whole development process of application, with focus on analysis of new features but also adapting of existing ones and solving issues.

We offer a personalized training and coaching program to get familiar with the application and their business purpose. Working with us, you will have an opportunity to acquire experience in financial and IT sector at the same time! 

What you will be doing? 👇

• Support of experienced Test and Business Analysts in gathering business or test requirements and translation into the IT solution
• Searching for information and understanding of business context in actual and target solution
• Cooperation with developers in design of IT solutions and refinement of user stories
• In case of incidents or defects analysis and proposing solutions 

Which technology & skills are important for us? 👇

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (Access or SQL would be an asset)
• Basic banking knowledge
• Basic IT affinity
• English at B2 level or higher
• German at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of BI tools
• Basic knowledge of Agile way of working
