About the role

- Supporting the Collection team in daily tasks related to monitoring payments.
- Email communication with clients regarding payment status.
- Verifying data in financial systems (SAP, Excel, GetPaid).
- Preparing simple reports on receivables and overdue payments.
- Recording customer responses and updating notes in internal systems.
- Providing administrative and ad hoc support to team members.
- Learning to identify credit risk and the basic principles of cash collection.
- Email and phone communication with clients to confirm payment status.
- Supporting order blocks management – analyzing overdue amounts, checking credit limits.
- Participating in meetings with the sales department regarding customers with delays.
- Supporting the preparation of documents for debt collection processes or further escalation.
- Assisting with the team’s daily tasks, including simple activities related to posting payments.
- Communicative level of English (minimum B2).
- Knowledge of French will be an additional asset.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
