Fabryka wspiera rynek lokalny, jak również eksportuje produkty do innych krajów.

Dwadzieścia lat później, w 2015 roku, firma uruchomiła w Łodzi Centrum Usług Wspólnych (SSC), które jest integralną częścią i głównym wsparciem Grupy Barry Callebaut w takich obszarach, jak: Finanse, IT, Master Data, Obsługa Klienta, HR oraz Logistyka. Po 9 latach nadal się rozwijamy przenosząc kolejne aktywności realizowane na świecie do Łodzi.

As a Customer Service Intern, you will support our team in managing customer orders, ensuring smooth

communication between departments, and delivering outstanding service to our global clients. This role is a great opportunity to learn how a multinational company operates while developing problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. We offer:

Task range:
  1. Supporting the team with customer inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution
  2. Assisting with data entry and order tracking in SAP and other systems
  3. Helping to ensure timely and accurate communication with customers and internal teams
  4. Gaining exposure to supply chain processes and logistics coordination
  5. Learning how to troubleshoot customer requests and improve service efficiency
  6. Collaborating with Sales and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations
  7. Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements
Skills:
  1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related field
  2. Advanced English skills are a necessary, as all communication is conducted in English
  3. Additional languages like French, German, or Dutch are an asset!
  4. Passion for customer service and eagerness to work in a B2B environment
  5. Basic knowledge of SAP or a willingness to learn
  6. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  7. A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
