Our Global Supplier Quality team is currently looking for an intern to support daily operational work. In this position, you will work with our administrators and analysts to secure tasks related to our raw materials and suppliers - i.e. checking certificates, responding to inquiries, managing documentation and addressing tasks within our systems.
Additionally, you will have the chance to become part of a global and passionate team. You will also acquire expertise in SAP and SalesForce software, skills highly valued in the market.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting our administrators and analysts in everyday activities.
- Maintaining current documentation.
- Certification management - analyzing, verifying and revising certificates related to raw materials and packaging.
- Reporting information about suppliers and packaging in the quality documentation system.
- Communicating with different stakeholders to resolve ongoing issues.
- You have studied or graduated in a field connected to food and/or quality.
- You have a proficient level of English that enables you to communicate effectively.
- You pay attention to details.
- You are great at maintaining organization.
- Your approach is proactive and open.
- You are available for at least 20 hours a week.
- Due to a global team environment, it is of great importance that the candidate can easily communicate
