W łódzkiej fabryce powstaje ulubiony przysmak całego świata – czekolada wytwarzana w formie płynnej oraz stałej. Jest to drugi co do wielkości zakład w Europie należący do firmy Barry Callebaut, w którym pracuje ok. 280 osób w takich obszarach jak obsługa produkcji, logistyka, zapewnienie jakości, obsługa klienta. Fabryka wspiera rynek lokalny, jak również eksportuje produkty do innych krajów.
Dwadzieścia lat później, w 2015 roku, firma uruchomiła w Łodzi Centrum Usług Wspólnych (SSC), które jest integralną częścią i głównym wsparciem Grupy Barry Callebaut w takich obszarach, jak: Finanse, IT, Master Data, Obsługa Klienta, HR oraz Logistyka. Po 9 latach nadal się rozwijamy przenosząc kolejne aktywności realizowane na świecie do Łodzi.

- Checking orders for confirmation from the supplier, entering confirmation data into the system;
- Order management to adjust delivery dates;
- Obtaining missing certificates from suppliers;
- Communication with suppliers, the Central Warehouse and factories in Belgium regarding the status of orders and deliveries
- Scheduling deliveries in the GoRamp system
- Regularly preparing and updating reports on raw materials and packaging, delivery status, available stock, and expiration dates
- Preparing reports, summaries, and other materials according to the current needs of the team
- You are a conscientious and creative person;
- You are available at least 25-30 hours a week;
- You absorb new information quickly;
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- You are an organized person who also works under time pressure;
- You have higher education in logistics/IT/you are currently studying in related fields;
- You speak English at a level that allows for free oral and written communication (at least intermediate level);
- You know basic formulas in MS Excel (knowledge of pivot tables or PowerBI will be an additional advantage);
- Experience in a similar position will be appreciated;
- Knowledge of SAP is advantage, but not required, we will teach you everything.
