Task range:
- Uploading electronic version of all documents for developments done by PD team
- Data management - downloading files and instructions from customer systems, storing them locally on the PrePress server, registering new job in tracking files
- Coordinating colour standard booklets distribution
- Coordinating production samples – sorting, store in defined places and following 5S, dispatching samples after barrel proof, color matching, test and first production
- Creating paper version of product documentation
- Input new projects/update status in Project Management tool.
- Processing courier send-outs.
Skills:
- Student of final year/graduate of technical school
- Very good practical Excel knowledge
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Very good administrative skills, attention to detail
- A willingness to develop professionally, openness to new challenges, and strong teamwork capabilities
- Able to work independently
- Presence at least 4 days per week
