Task range:
- Providing support to the Accounts Payable team in the daily processing and posting of invoices and bank statements.
- Supporting the Accounts Receivable department in the preparation and issuance of invoices.
- Managing departmental mailboxes and ensuring an efficient flow of information.
- Providing support to employees in the performance of ongoing tasks and projects.
- Carrying out a variety of administrative and office tasks supporting the operations of the SSC.
Skills:
- A good knowledge of MS Office — particularly Excel
- Good level of written and spoken English
- A willingness to develop professionally, openness to new challenges, and strong teamwork capabilities.
- Flexibility and excellent communication skills
- Availability 4–5 days per week
