• Assisting in Salesforce Customization:Collaborate with senior developers to customize Salesforce functionalities using Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs) under supervision.
• Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve bugs within Salesforce applications, including analyzing error logs, debugging code, and implementing fixes in accordance with best practices.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Support in testing new features, enhancements, and configurations within Salesforce environments to ensure quality and compatibility across different platforms and devices.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document development processes, configurations, and changes made within Salesforce systems. Generate reports on development progress, issues encountered, and solutions implemented.
• Continuous Learning and Skill Development: Proactively engage in learning sessions and training programs to deepen understanding of Salesforce technologies and development methodologies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Collaboration and Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on progress, seeking guidance when needed, and actively participating in team meetings and discussions.
• Adherence to Coding Standards: Adhere to coding standards, guidelines, and best practices while writing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Assisting in Deployment Processes: Assist in the deployment of Salesforce changes across development, testing, and production environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

• Familiarity with fundamental programming languages including Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is desirable. Additionally, experience or willingness to work with Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, LWCs, Salesforce CLI, and VSC is a plus. 
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt within the Salesforce development domain. 
• Strong communication skills, with an Upper Intermediate level of English or higher, fostering effective collaboration within our dynamic team environment.
