TalentBank is an original internship program of the Digital Technology Centre in Poland, which aim is to enable students and graduates to gain professional experience in IT / banking industry. The project can be attended by people who are students or graduates (up to 12 months after graduation). In your role as a OPs Engineer you will be responsible for the continuous integration and continuous development of our Compliance applications and our data provisioning of the Commerzbank Compliance Big Data sources and transforming the Global Financial Crime platform to a digital and automated technology platform

We are looking for Ops engineer to help us in supporting the Global Financial Crime prevention platform, specifically for optimization of our development and application support processes, like application deployment and data provisioning.

The focus of your work is the continuous improvement of the application provisioning for the Compliance section, this involves development and operations processes as well as automation of deployments and regular monitoring and application support activities.

Description of the cluster:

The Securities Process Cluster is responsible for supporting all securities processes in the bank: starting from the securities order of our clients to different exchanges, through settlement to transaction execution. Also asset services, dividend payments, tax issues etc. are part of the new agile Securities Process Cluster. What you will be doing? 👇

• Helping us to optimize development engineering and operational engineering activities within the Global Financial Crime Prevention Platform
• Exploring new features to optimize data provisioning processes in our application landscape
• Support of continuous improvement and optimization of the Software Lifecycle Processes including repositories and documentation of data linage

• Willingness to learn, motivation and positive approach towards work in team is a must 

Which technology & skills are important for us? 👇

• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of application management of IT systems (client/server-based) - application operation and maintenance
  
• Basic knowledge of Jira, Kanban, Scrum, CI/CD processes

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Banking Compliance, business topics, such as Anti Money Laundering, Sanction screening
