As a Customer Service Intern, you will support our team in managing customer orders, ensuring smooth
communication between departments, and delivering outstanding service to our global clients. This role is a great opportunity to learn how a multinational company operates while developing problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. We offer:

- Assisting with data entry and order tracking in SAP and other systems
- Helping to ensure timely and accurate communication with customers and internal teams
- Gaining exposure to supply chain processes and logistics coordination
- Learning how to troubleshoot customer requests and improve service efficiency
- Collaborating with Sales and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related field
- Advanced English skills are a plus, as all GCA communication is conducted in English
- Additional languages like French, German, or Dutch are an asset!
- Passion for customer service and eagerness to work in a B2B environment
- Basic knowledge of SAP or a willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
