1. We are the Import & Export team, responsible for managing global orders of Cocoa and Chocolate products for our customers around the world.
2. We closely collaborate with distribution centers, factories, and freight forwarders across multiple countries to ensure smooth and timely deliveries to export destinations.
3. Our team is full of energetic and experienced supply chain professionals who are passionate about logistics and international trade.

1. Preparing and sending export documentation (digitally and/or physically),
2. Entering orders and process order changes from our internal and external Customers,
3. Cooperating with the team on improvements implementation in order management and delivery areas,
4. Supporting the team with reporting and analysis,
5. Resolving issues with automated order processing (EDI errors).
