W łódzkiej fabryce, jednej z największych w Europie należących do Grupy Barry Callebaut, powstaje ulubiony przysmak całego świata - czekolada w formie płynnej i stałej, która trafia zarówno na rynek lokalny, jak i jest eksportowana do innych krajów. Fabryka zatrudnia około 300 osób w obszarach takich jak produkcja, łańcuch dostaw, zapewnienie jakości oraz obsługa klienta.
W 2015 roku firma uruchomiła w Łodzi Centrum Usług Wspólnych (SSC), które, które stało się kluczowym wsparciem dla globalnych operacji Barry Callebaut w obszarach takich jak Finanse, IT, Master Data, Obsługa Klienta, HR oraz Logistyka.
W 2025 roku SSC przeszło transformację tworząc Globalne Centrum Usług Biznesowych (GBS), a zarazem stając się strategicznym hubem kompetencji dla całej Grupy Barry Callebaut. After finishing the internship program, the Intern should 💡
- Understand the role of the Master Data Operations team and why data quality and security are important
- Be able to perform basic data analysis under supervision and document the results
- Have a basic knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, and use them according to instructions
- Be able to communicate in a professional environment, work effectively with others, and present the results of assigned tasks
- Understand the basics of using AI and automation in a safe and responsible way
- Familiarization with the organization of work within the Master Data Operations team, key processes, documentation, as well as data quality and data protection standards.
- Observing and supporting, under supervision, selected activities related to the verification, maintenance, and analysis of master data, without independently making process-related decisions.
- Learning to use SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow through training examples, in a test environment or within a limited scope defined by permissions and supervisor instructions
- Preparing simple analyses, reports, instructions, training materials, or presentations, and discussing the results with the team.
- Participating in system and process improvement testing, documenting observations, and suggesting improvement ideas
- Gaining insight into the applications of automation, AI, and emerging technologies in Master Data, including participation in safe conceptual exercises or testing activities that do not involve confidential data and do not result in changes to the production environment

- Zainteresowanie danymi, procesami biznesowymi, AI, automatyzacją lub nowymi technologiami
