Firma Barry Callebaut obecna jest na polskim rynku od 30 lat, będąc globalnym liderem w produkcji wysokiej jakości wyrobów czekoladowych i kakaowych.
W łódzkiej fabryce, jednej z największych w Europie należących do Grupy Barry Callebaut, powstaje ulubiony przysmak całego świata - czekolada w formie płynnej i stałej, która trafia zarówno na rynek lokalny, jak i jest eksportowana do innych krajów. Fabryka zatrudnia około 300 osób w obszarach takich jak produkcja, łańcuch dostaw, zapewnienie jakości oraz obsługa klienta.
W 2015 roku firma uruchomiła w Łodzi Centrum Usług Wspólnych (SSC), które, które stało się kluczowym wsparciem dla globalnych operacji Barry Callebaut w obszarach takich jak Finanse, IT, Master Data, Obsługa Klienta, HR oraz Logistyka.
W 2025 roku SSC przeszło transformację tworząc Globalne Centrum Usług Biznesowych (GBS), a zarazem stając się strategicznym hubem kompetencji dla całej Grupy Barry Callebaut. GBS w Łodzi zatrudnia ok 700 osób i odgrywa istotną rolę w transformacji operacyjnej firmy, wspierając jej rozwój i innowacje na skalę międzynarodową.

About the team
The Certification Team provides internal and external sustainability volume reporting to support our company’s sustainability commitment. In particular, we are managing incoming and outgoing certification credits on external portals, supporting our customers who have questions on our reporting and taking a part in external audits. The tasks of our team are an important requirement of the different sustainability programs (e.g. Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade) and are key for BC to reach its Forever Chocolate goal 🍫
- Data entry into external reporting platforms which includes sales and purchases reporting or data changing if needed.
- Data entry / retrieval in internal reporting system.
- Support checking and adjusting the month-end volume process.
- Support the reconciliation process for the Rain Forest and Fair Trade certification.
- You are a student, a graduate of the following faculties: Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related.
- You like working with data and have experience with basic Excel formulas.
