W łódzkiej fabryce, jednej z największych w Europie należących do Grupy Barry Callebaut, powstaje ulubiony przysmak całego świata - czekolada w formie płynnej i stałej, która trafia zarówno na rynek lokalny, jak i jest eksportowana do innych krajów. Fabryka zatrudnia około 300 osób w obszarach takich jak produkcja, łańcuch dostaw, zapewnienie jakości oraz obsługa klienta.
W 2015 roku firma uruchomiła w Łodzi Centrum Usług Wspólnych (SSC), które, które stało się kluczowym wsparciem dla globalnych operacji Barry Callebaut w obszarach takich jak Finanse, IT, Master Data, Obsługa Klienta, HR oraz Logistyka.
W 2025 roku SSC przeszło transformację tworząc Globalne Centrum Usług Biznesowych (GBS), a zarazem stając się strategicznym hubem kompetencji dla całej Grupy Barry Callebaut. GBS w Łodzi zatrudnia ok 700 osób i odgrywa istotną rolę w transformacji operacyjnej firmy, wspierając jej rozwój i innowacje na skalę międzynarodową.

About the Team
The Transport Planning Team makes sure products get where they need to be – on time and without complications. We plan shipments, work with Customer Service, warehouses and carriers, and solve everyday logistics challenges. It’s a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and you can learn a lot about how transport and supply chains work in real life.
- Support daily transport planning activities for domestic and/or international deliveries;
- Create and monitor transport orders and shipment schedules;
- Monitor and help resolve transport disruptions and delays
- Assist with data checks and updates in the SAP system;
- Support in verifying complaints and returns;
- Assist in verifying and maintaining transport extra costs accuracy;
- Take part in team meetings and learning how transport operations work;
- Support improvement initiatives and new ideas
- You are reliable, curious, and willing to learn
- You are available at least 25 hours per week
- You pick up new information quickly
- You are comfortable communicating with others
- You are organized and can manage tasks under time pressure
- You are currently studying (or have studied) logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- You can communicate in English (at least intermediate level)
- You know the basics of MS Excel (pivot tables or PowerBI are a plus, not a must)
- Previous experience is nice to have, but not required
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, but not required - we will teach you everything:)
