W łódzkiej fabryce, jednej z największych w Europie należących do Grupy Barry Callebaut, powstaje ulubiony przysmak całego świata - czekolada w formie płynnej i stałej, która trafia zarówno na rynek lokalny, jak i jest eksportowana do innych krajów. Fabryka zatrudnia około 300 osób w obszarach takich jak produkcja, łańcuch dostaw, zapewnienie jakości oraz obsługa klienta.
W 2015 roku firma uruchomiła w Łodzi Centrum Usług Wspólnych (SSC), które, które stało się kluczowym wsparciem dla globalnych operacji Barry Callebaut w obszarach takich jak Finanse, IT, Master Data, Obsługa Klienta, HR oraz Logistyka.
W 2025 roku SSC przeszło transformację tworząc Globalne Centrum Usług Biznesowych (GBS), a zarazem stając się strategicznym hubem kompetencji dla całej Grupy Barry Callebaut. GBS w Łodzi zatrudnia ok 700 osób i odgrywa istotną rolę w transformacji operacyjnej firmy, wspierając jej rozwój i innowacje na skalę międzynarodową.

- Financial Support & Reporting
- Helping with month‑end tasks and basic financial reports
- Supporting cost analysis and learning how to identify variances
- Assisting in simple investigations of material usage
- Business Partnering & Operations
- Assisting in operations, supply chain, and logistics on everyday tasks·
- Supporting with collecting data and preparing insights
- Joining regular meetings and learning how finance supports the shopfloor
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assisting in preparing budgets and forecasts
- Helping with business cases and tracking project spending
- Supporting simple post‑implementation review
- Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Learning and helping with internal controls and documentation
- Supporting audits with basic data and materials
- Being involved in CI projects and helping find improvement ideas
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good Excel knowledge (experience with ERP systems is a plus).
