W łódzkiej fabryce, jednej z największych w Europie należących do Grupy Barry Callebaut, powstaje ulubiony przysmak całego świata - czekolada w formie płynnej i stałej, która trafia zarówno na rynek lokalny, jak i jest eksportowana do innych krajów. Fabryka zatrudnia około 300 osób w obszarach takich jak produkcja, łańcuch dostaw, zapewnienie jakości oraz obsługa klienta.
W 2015 roku firma uruchomiła w Łodzi Centrum Usług Wspólnych (SSC), które, które stało się kluczowym wsparciem dla globalnych operacji Barry Callebaut w obszarach takich jak Finanse, IT, Master Data, Obsługa Klienta, HR oraz Logistyka.
W 2025 roku SSC przeszło transformację tworząc Globalne Centrum Usług Biznesowych (GBS), a zarazem stając się strategicznym hubem kompetencji dla całej Grupy Barry Callebaut. GBS w Łodzi zatrudnia ok 700 osób i odgrywa istotną rolę w transformacji operacyjnej firmy, wspierając jej rozwój i innowacje na skalę międzynarodową.
Po 10 latach nadal się rozwijamy przenosząc kolejne procesy z całego świata do Łodzi.

About a team
The Intercompany Accounting team plays a vital role in maintaining financial integrity across the Barry Callebaut Group. We are responsible for recording transactions between group entities, reconciling accounts, eliminating duplicates, and ensuring that financial reporting is accurate and consistent. Our work supports transparency and enables informed decision-making at every level of the organization. - Supporting intercompany accounting team in daily activities
- Processing intercompany invoices in accordance with accounting standards and group policies (checking invoice details, comparing the invoice with the original purchase order and delivery receipt. entering invoice into ERP system, solving discrepancies, issues, posting the invoice)
- Monitoring, reconciling and clearing GRIR accounts ➡️ GR/IR is a temporary account used when goods are received but the invoice hasn’t arrived yet - or vice versa. The aim is to track differences between what was delivered and what was billed:)
- Classifying the issue, investigating and clarifying whether the invoice or goods receipt needs correction or if a write-off is needed
- Performing other ad hoc tasks assigned by Team Leader ⭐
- Accounting, Finance or Business student or recent graduate preferred
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong English skills (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to learn SAP and apply it to business processes
- Eager to develop Excel skills
